Trying to decide which Metro Pass or Ticket is the best value for you? For assistance with your Metro fare purchases, you can call or visit the MetroRide Store, 701 Convention Plaza, St. Louis, MO 63101, 314-982-1495, (located inside America's Center at 7th & Washington, Downtown St. Louis), open 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays. The MetroRide Store accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, personal checks, debit cards and government transportation vouchers.
You can order Metro Passes over the phone by calling 314-982-1495 and using a credit or debit card and your passes will be mailed to you.
The MetroRide Store sells the following tickets and passes in either adult fares or reduced fare for seniors, children, and customers with disabilities when applicable.
- Metro Monthly Pass
- MetroLink One-Ride Ticket
- Metro Two-Hour Pass
- Metro One-Day Pass
- Metro Two-Hour Passes (in Books of 10)
- Metro Weekly Pass
- Metro Monthly Combo Pass (which includes parking at the Shaw Park Parking Garage)
- Metro College Semester Passes
- Downtown Trolley One-Day Ticket
- Forest Park Trolley One-Day Ticket
- Madison County Illinois System Pass
Some of the above fare types sold at the MetroRide Store are not sold at our Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) located at each MetroLink Station. For example, at the MetroRide Store we sell a Monthly Pass and a Weekly Pass that are valid for the current or upcoming calendar month or the current or upcoming week Monday through Sunday.
At our TVMs, you can purchase a 30-Day Pass or a Seven-Day Pass which are valid from the start date that you choose.
A Driver’s License or State I.D. is required with all check and credit card purchases. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be made. However, if you purchase a MetroLink One-Ride Ticket, Metro Two-Hour Pass or Metro One-Day Pass and it expires before you can use it, you can exchange it for a valid ticket or pass of the same kind.
