Metro Call-A-Ride provides transportation options for the general public in areas of St. Louis County with limited fixed-route bus service.

Metro Call-A-Ride Plus provides curb-to-curb van service to eligible customers with disabilities living in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County. This service is part of Metro's ongoing commitment to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Metro operates a fleet of 123 Call-A-Ride vans.

In FY 2007, Metro Call-A-Ride carried 663,869 passengers.

The average weekday ridership for Metro Call-A-Ride in FY 2007 was 2,320.

To make reservations for Metro Call-A-Ride/Call-A-Ride Plus, phone at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a trip. Individuals can call up to seven days in advance to reserve their ride. Reservations can be made Monday-Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To be eligible for Metro Call-A-Ride Plus, a person must be registered and have a Call-A-Ride Plus ID Card to use the Call-A-Ride Plus Service, which is for persons with disabilities.
