Transit Information
Transit Information experts can help you plan your journey on Metro and provide information on schedule times, transfers and walking directions. They are available by phone, text or webchat Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Customer Service
Our Customer Service analysts will investigate any service matters or concerns you may have, and will record your comments or feedback about Metro service. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Main Switchboard

A Switchboard operator will transfer your call to the correct department within Metro. Phone lines are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A Gateway Card Representative will assist you with using your Gateway Card and investigate any issues or concerns related to your account. Your feedback, questions and concerns regarding the Gateway Card will be recorded. The Gateway Card Center is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
