Exchange of Expired Metro Transit Passes Ends June 28
Metro Transit will no longer accept expired, unused Metro One-Day Passes and MetroLink Tickets in exchange for valid fare effective Friday, June 28, 2024. Expiration dates are printed on Metro One-Day Passes and One-Ride MetroLink Tickets. These tickets are not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged for valid fare from now through June 28. Validated tickets and passes cannot be exchanged.
Transit customers who currently have unused expired One-Day Passes and MetroLink tickets can take them to the MetroStore to be exchanged for valid passes. Please contact the MetroStore at 314-982-1495 or by email at MetroStore@MetroStLouis.org for details on how to exchange expired, unused Metro Transit tickets and passes. The MetroStore is located at the corner of Eighth and Pine Streets in downtown St. Louis, and is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
