Metro will extend service and operate extra MetroLink trains to accommodate fans after the late NCAA Midwest Regional Semifinal Basketball game ends tonight between North Carolina State and the University of Kansas at the Edward Jones Dome in downtown St. Louis.
The last eastbound and westbound trains to all stations will leave the Convention Center MetroLink Station at approximately 1 a.m.
Fans who are headed to Lambert-St. Louis International Airport late tonight, after 4 p.m. tomorrow, or after 4 p.m. on Sunday will experience 15 minute delays from the North Hanley MetroLink Station to the Lambert Terminal MetroLink stations. The delays are due to ongoing rail grinding maintenance work.
Updates on MetroLink operations can be found in the Rider Alert section or by calling Customer Service at 314-231-2345 or 618-271-2345 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
