MetroLink Work Scheduled April 13-16

Update (as of 3:10 p.m. April 15): Scheduled track maintenance is cancelled for Wednesday, April 15.

MetroLink trains will operate on one track next week at several stations to accommodate crews who are preparing to tear down the DeBaliviere Bridge at Forest Park Parkway. Due to possible brief delays in service, MetroLink customers are encouraged to allow extra time for their commutes on the Red Line and Blue Line. Some passengers may also need to board trains from the other platform during this work. MetroLink will operate on a single track at these stations:

  • University City-Big Bend MetroLink Station
  • Skinker MetroLink Station
  • Delmar Loop MetroLink Station
  • Forest Park-DeBaliviere MetroLink Station

On Monday and Tuesday (April 13 & April 14) from 8:00 p.m. until the end of service, MetroLink will operate on a single track at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere MetroLink Station.

  • Passengers traveling in BOTH directions will have to board MetroLink trains from the westbound platform.
  • Blue Line and Red Line customers may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes.

On Thursday (April 16) from 11:30 p.m. until the end of service, MetroLink will operate on a single track at the University City-Big Bend, Skinker, Delmar Loop, and  Forest Park-DeBaliviere MetroLink Stations.

  • Passengers boarding MetroLink at these stations should look for signs indicating which platform is open during this period. Passengers traveling in BOTH directions will have to board MetroLink trains from the DESIGNATED platforms.
  • Blue Line and Red Line customers may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes.
