MetroLink Work Scheduled August 31 – September 6
MetroLink riders are encouraged to allow extra time for their commutes next week as maintenance work to replace wooden ties on the MetroLink system may result in delays for some Red Line passengers. To accommodate crews, MetroLink will operate on a single track at the UMSL South, UMSL North, North Hanley and Lambert Airport Terminal #2 MetroLink Stations.
On Monday and Tuesday (August 31 & September 1) from 11:30 p.m. until end of service, MetroLink will operate on a single track at the North Hanley, UMSL North and UMSL South MetroLink Stations.
- Red Line passengers may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes during this single-track operation.
- Blue Line service will not be impacted.
On Wednesday and Thursday (September 3 & 4) from 11:30 p.m. until end of service, MetroLink will operate on a single track at the Lambert Airport Terminal #2 MetroLink Station.
- Red Line passengers may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes during this single-track operation.
- Blue Line service will not be impacted.
On Friday and Saturday (September 4 & 5) from 11:30 p.m. until end of service, and on Saturday and Sunday mornings (September 5 & 6) from the beginning of service until 8 a.m., MetroLink will operate on a single track at the North Hanley, UMSL North and UMSL South MetroLink Stations.
- Red Line passengers may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes during this single-track operation.
- Blue Line service will not be impacted.
