MetroLink Work Scheduled June 9-15
MetroLink maintenance work is scheduled on the MetroLink system Monday through Sunday (June 9-15), and some passengers may experience short delays in the work zones. The affected areas of the MetroLink system are:
• University City Big Bend Station
• Skinker Station
• Maplewood-Manchester Station
• Sunnen Station
• Shrewsbury Lansdowne I-44 Station
• Brentwood I-64 Station
• Richmond Heights Station
MetroLink will operate on a single track at the Big Bend Station and the Skinker Station from 8 p.m. until the end of service on Monday (June 9) and Wednesday (June 11) to accommodate inspection crews. Blue Line trains may experience delays up to 10 minutes. Red Line service will not be affected.
MetroLink will operate on a single track at the Maplewood-Manchester and Sunnen Stations from 8 p.m. until the end of service on Thursday (June 12) to accommodate crews conducting rail maintenance work. During this single track operation, eastbound Blue Line trains will depart the Shrewsbury-Lansdowne I-44, Sunnen and Maplewood-Manchester Stations approximately five minutes earlier than scheduled. Red Line service will not be affected.
MetroLink will operate on a single track at the Richmond Heights Station and Brentwood I-64 Station from 11:30 p.m. until the end of service on Friday (June 13) and on Saturday (June 14). MetroLink will also operate trains on a single track at those stations from 8 p.m. until the end of service on Sunday (June 15.) Blue Line service may experience up to five minute delays. Red Line customers will not be affected.

The Bi-State Development Agency/Metro (BSDA/Metro) is the operator of the Metro public transportation system for the St. Louis region, which includes the 87 vehicle, 46-mile MetroLink light rail system; 375 MetroBus vehicle fleet that operates on 75 MetroBus routes; and Metro Call‑A‑Ride, a paratransit fleet of 120 vans. BSDA/Metro also owns and operates St. Louis Downtown Airport and its surrounding industrial business park, and the Gateway Arch Riverboats, as well as operates the Gateway Arch Revenue Collections Center, the Gateway Arch Transportation System, and the Gateway Arch Parking Facility.
