Ride On to a College Football Showdown with Metro Transit
Metro Transit makes is easy to enjoy the excitement of watching the undefeated Missouri Tigers take on the Memphis Tigers in a college football matchup at The Dome at Amercia’s Center on Saturday, September 23. With the Convention Center MetroLink Station located right next to The Dome and two MetroBus routes serving nearby stops, Metro Transit provides a convenient way to join the thousands of football fans heading downtown to the big game, without the hassles of finding available parking and navigating crowded and closed streets.
Metro Transit has 21 free Park-Ride lots and they are located at MetroLink stations in St. Louis County and the City of St. Louis in Missouri, and in St. Clair County in Illinois. After parking on one of the lots, football fans can purchase their fare and hop on a Red or Blue Line MetroLink train to downtown St. Louis and exit the train when arriving at the Convention Center Station to reach The Dome at America’s Center. Round trip MetroLink tickets can be conveniently purchased for $5 on mobile devices by downloading the Transit App, or at Ticket Vending Machines found at all MetroLink stations and Metro Transit Centers.
MetroBus is another option for reaching the game with the #40 N. Broadway and #174X Halls Ferry Express routes both serving stops near The Dome at America’s Center.
