Please join us in celebrating Operators Donald Kelley and Jerome Pampkin, who were recently named as Metro Call-A-Ride’s Operators of the Year. With impeccable attendance, zero accidents and excellent customer service, they have truly excelled in their roles and consistently demonstrate an unwavering dedication to the customers they serve every day.

Adding to their remarkable achievements, both operators have put in a minimum of 1,800 hours of hard work over the last year and have received numerous compliments from their satisfied customers. Jerome has been recognized as Operator of the Year three times within the past five years, a testament to his consistent dedication and professionalism.

As a token of our appreciation, both winners have been awarded a cash prize and an engraved glass trophy. Their names will also be displayed on the Operator of the Year plaque at the Metro Call-A-Ride facility, and they will receive a lapel pin to showcase their special honor.
