Return to BlogIn today’s photo we see an eastbound University Line streetcar emerging from the Big Bend Loop in 1954. You might notice the Millbrook Pharmacy building on the far right. That was where the Big Bend Loop allowed streetcars to turn back eastbound.

MetroLink runs under this location. We wasted what we had by taking the streetcar (railed vehicle) off in 1962 only to put a railed vehicle back in 2005.
