Westbound Elevator at East Riverfront Station Out of Service Starting December 13
Return to Blog
The elevator serving the westbound platform of the East Riverfront MetroLink Station will go out of service beginning on Monday, December 13, for maintenance work. The maintenance work is expected to be completed by the end of the month.
If you require an elevator to use the East Riverfront Station:
- Arriving at East Riverfront Station: If you are traveling westbound to the East Riverfront station, do not exit the train at the station. Instead, please continue your trip to the Laclede’s Landing Station. From there, cross the center platform to board an eastbound train and return to the East Riverfront station to use the working elevator on the eastbound platform.
- Departing East Riverfront Station: If you are starting your westbound trip at the East Riverfront station, please use the working eastbound elevator and board an eastbound train to the 5th & Missouri MetroLink Station. From there, cross the center platform and board a westbound train to complete your trip.
Please allow extra time for your commute during this maintenance work. For additional information or assistance, contact Metro Transit Information at 314-231-2345 (phone) or 314-207-9786 (text), available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also use the Passenger Assist Telephones, which are located at all MetroLink stations.
